We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users ("Agents") and the contacts managed through our platform ("Contacts"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information through our platform at prospreach.com.
By using ProspREach, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Agents upload, import, and collect Contact information through the platform, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, property details, tenure status, open home attendance records, SMS messages, notes, and AI-generated summaries.
Important: Agents are the data controllers for Contact information. ProspREach acts as a data processor on behalf of Agents.
Usage data, device information, log data, and performance metrics are collected automatically when you use the platform.
We receive limited information from third-party service providers, including SMS delivery status and inbound message content from our messaging provider, authentication data when Agents sign in with social login, and payment confirmation from our billing provider.
We use information to operate, maintain, and improve the platform; send and receive SMS messages on behalf of Agents; generate AI-powered conversation responses; process payments; send notifications and alerts; provide customer support; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not: sell Personal Information to third parties, share Contact data between Agents, use Contact information for our own marketing, or allow advertising within the platform.
ProspREach uses artificial intelligence to generate SMS conversation responses, detect seller signals and buyer intent, summarise conversations, and classify contacts by engagement level. AI-generated messages are sent from the Agent's configured phone number. Agents can review, edit, disable, and override AI-generated messages at any time.
ProspREach is a multi-tenant platform. Each Agent's data is logically isolated from other Agents. One Agent cannot access, view, modify, or interfere with another Agent's data through the platform.
Platform administrators may access Agent and Contact data solely for providing technical support, diagnosing system errors, investigating potential abuse, ensuring platform security, and complying with legal obligations. Administrator access is logged and auditable.
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate the platform. These providers assist with SMS delivery, AI conversation processing, payment handling, user authentication, and application hosting. Some of these providers are located outside Australia, including in the United States. By using the platform, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of Personal Information to countries that may not have the same level of data protection as Australia.
We do not sell, rent, or trade Personal Information to any third party for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Passwords are hashed and salted. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel. Payment data is handled by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. While we take reasonable steps to protect Personal Information, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
In the event of an eligible data breach, we will assess the breach promptly, take steps to contain it, and notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) and affected individuals as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme within 30 days.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, Agents have the right to access, correct, request deletion of, and export their Personal Information. Contacts may contact the Agent directly or reach us at support@prospreach.com. Any Contact can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying with "stop", "unsubscribe", or similar phrases.
Open home sign-ins constitute implied consent for follow-up communication under the Australian Spam Act 2003. CSV-imported contacts are the sole responsibility of the importing Agent. Opt-out requests are processed immediately and permanently. AI-initiated messages are restricted to: Monday-Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 9am-5pm (recipient's local timezone). No AI-initiated messages on Sundays or Australian public holidays.
We use essential cookies only for login sessions, preferences, and security. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We will notify registered Agents via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, contact us at support@prospreach.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and investigate within 30 business days.
